岗位职责：1. 负责原材料仓库的人员管理，包括招聘，培训，工作安排,员工技能培训等，不断提高员工素质和工作效率。 Responsible for personnel management of the raw material warehouse, including recruitment, training, work arrangements,  employee skill training etc, continuously improving employee job quality and work efficiency. 2. 负责原材料仓库所有日常工作管理，包括收发货，入库，配送，循环盘点等。 Responsible for all daily work management of the raw material warehouse, including receiving and shipping, storing, picking, and cycle counting etc. 3. 负责仓库SAP 系统数据的及时，准确处理，监督检查仓管员各项单据录入的准确性与及时性。  Responsible for timely and accurate processing of warehouse SAP system data, supervising and inspecting the accuracy and timeliness of various document inputs by warehouse managers 4. 组织实施物料盘点，包括循环盘点，年度盘点等，严格执行仓库各项管理规范，以及公司各项规范制度（包括安全，人事等）。 Organize and implement material inventory, including cycle counting, annual inventory counting etc., strictly implement warehouse management regulations,procedure and company regulations (including EHS, personnel, etc.). 5. 负责原材料仓库各个区域合理规划以及管理。（包括库位标识，日常5S 等） Responsible for the reasonable planning and management of various areas in the raw material warehouse. (including storage location identification, daily 5S, etc.) 6. 负责原材料仓库所有设备，设施及各项资产的完好。（包括各项设备设施的购买，日常检查，维护保养申请，维修申请，报废处理等） Responsible for the integrity of all equipment, facilities, and assets in the raw material warehouse. (including the purchase of various equipment and facilities, daily inspections, maintenance and repair requests, repair requests, scrap disposal, etc.) 7. 确保仓库所有员工严格遵守EHS 行为规范，保证所有工作活动，设备，环境在安全方式下运行。 Ensure that all employees in the warehouse strictly comply with EHS code of conduct, and ensure that all work activities, equipment, and environment operate in a safe manner 任职要求：1. 大专及以上学历，物流管理等相关专业优先。 College degree or above, major in logistics management or related fields is preferred. 2. 5年以上仓库或相关部门工作经验（有管理经验优先） More than 5 years of warehouse or related department work experience (management experience is a plus) 3. 熟悉ERP 系统（熟悉SAP 系统优先）熟练掌握OFFICE 办公软件。 Familiar with ERP system (preferably SAP system) and proficient in OFFICE office software. 4. 工作务实，责任心强，能够确保仓库物品管理的准确性与及时性。 Practical work, strong sense of responsibility, able to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of warehouse item management 5. 有较强的抗压能力。 Has strong ability to withstand working pressure. 6. 了解ISO体系文件，能梳理，调整相关工作流程，优化并落实仓库各项管理规范。 Understand ISO system, be able to organize and adjust relevant workflow, optimize and implement warehouse  procedure. 7. 有一定的英文基础，具备基础英语听说读写能力。 Has basic English listening, reading, and writing abilities 8. 逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，跨部门沟通能力较强。 Clear logical thinking, sensitive to data, and strong cross departmental communication skills. 9. 有外发加工管理经验优先。 Experience in subcontractor management is preferred 10. 有叉车证优先。 Forklift license will be a plus.
