岗位职责：
1. 根据生产计划组织日常生产工作，统筹资源保障订单准时交付。Schedule daily production works according to production plan, achieve DOT.
2. 收集、分析生产数据，实时掌握生产状态，协调生产计划，合理调配人力，平衡设备产能与物料库存，持续优化生产排程。Collect and evaluate the production information, know well on production status, coordinate process and employee allocation, balance materials stock and machines capacity.
3. 负责跨部门协同对接，跟进各项事项进度，及时同步问题与反馈。Responsible for coordinate the pending cases with other departments, progress pushing and feedback.
4. 开展团队绩效与安全考核，为下属员工提供工作辅导、绩效反馈。Responsible for evaluate work result and safety on employees, feedback and coaching.
5. 管控全流程生产作业，推动标准化作业落地，强化团队 SOP 意识，确保生产活动严格遵循工艺与质量管控要求。Responsible for production process,build standardize mindset for team, ensure the operations accordingly SOP and quality standards.
6. 主导生产持续改善，推动效率提升、不良降低，确保各项生产目标达成。Responsible for optimizing production to higher efficiency& quality to achieve target.
7. 统筹新工艺、新设备、新材料的产线导入（NPI）工作，配合完成试产、验证与量产转换。Coordinate for new process, new machine& new materials implementation.
8. 落实车间安全生产管理，配合 EHS 体系落地；主动识别、消除现场安全隐患，构建安全作业环境。Responsible for schedule the production in safety condition, cooperate with EHS, positively identify and solve the safety risks at production line, build safety production environment.
9. 组织一线员工技能培训，建立员工技能矩阵，监督并评估人员能力水平。Organize& deliver skill training for production team, and monitor& assess competency level.
10. 快速响应并妥善处置生产过程各类异常，减少停线损失。Solve the abnormal issues during production process in time.
任职要求：
大专及以上学历，25-40周岁，男女不限。Junior college or above, 25-40 years old, Male or Female.
从事机械或电子制造业五年及以上生产主管现场管理工作经验，PCBA/电气行业优先，精通现场生产管理、产能平衡、人员管理、EHS及质量管控。Work experience with minimum 5 years on same position at mechanical or electrical products production. Prior with PCBA or LV production experience.
岗位技能 Skills:
1. 熟练使用办公软件，可独立完成报表、数据分析；Familiar with office software for report generation and data analysis.
2. 有精益生产、5S、TPM管理现场落地实施经验。Prior with background on Lean Production, 5S & TPM implement.
3. 英语CET4以上，交流顺畅，可作为工作语言（读写+邮件沟通）。CET-4 or above in English, able to communicate fluently, English can be used as working language.
4. 需要倒班。Work shift changing is requested.
